Service-Based Nature
Appliances Repair provides doorstep repair and maintenance services for washing machines, refrigerators, and microwaves in Jaipur. As our services are not product sales, traditional product return policies do not apply. Any refund or return consideration is limited to service-related matters as described in this policy.
Service Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a service appointment by contacting us before the technician reaches the service location. If a service request is cancelled before technician assignment or dispatch, no visit charges may apply.
If the technician has already been assigned, dispatched, or has arrived at the service location, an inspection or visit charge may apply. Such charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Inspection and Diagnosis Charges
Inspection or diagnosis charges cover the technician’s time, travel, and assessment of the appliance. These charges apply even if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after inspection and are non-refundable once the visit is completed.
Repair Services and Refunds
Once repair work has been carried out and basic testing has been completed at the service location, the service is considered delivered. Refunds are generally not applicable after successful service completion.
Appliances Repair does not provide refunds for issues arising due to normal wear and tear, misuse, electrical fluctuations, water quality issues, environmental conditions, or handling after service.
Spare Parts and Returns
Spare parts are replaced only when required for appliance functionality. Once installed, spare parts are not eligible for return or refund.
In rare cases where an incorrect part has been installed during service, the matter may be reviewed and addressed based on technician assessment.
Service Revisit Support
If the same issue occurs again shortly after service and is directly related to the same repaired component, customers may contact us for review. Any revisit or follow-up service will be handled on a best-effort basis after inspection and does not imply any guarantee or warranty unless clearly stated.
This does not apply to new or unrelated issues.
Payments
All service charges are payable after service completion unless stated otherwise. Customers are requested to verify service details before making payment.
Failure to complete payment may affect future service support.
Limitations
Refunds or returns are not applicable for delays or service limitations caused by spare part availability, customer unavailability, incorrect information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
All services are provided based on appliance condition, inspection findings, and technical feasibility.
